Planetir is bringing together climate entrepreneurs, practitioners, and community builders for a 2–3 week gathering in Antalya, Turkey — starting the day COP31 closes. We're looking for someone to help make it happen.
Planetir is a community platform where people connect, learn, and act together on what matters. This Pop-Up Village is one expression of that — a place-based gathering where the global climate community can slow down after COP31, collaborate across organisations, and work on real challenges together. The Entrepreneur in Residence is the person who takes ownership of making that happen.
This is not a coordinator role. You define the shape of the initiative, build a small team around you, and carry it through — with the Planetir community, its network, and the three initiators (Mehemed, Cassia, and Niels) genuinely alongside you.
You'll work alongside founders, policymakers, climate organisations, and the Youth Climate Leaders network. You'll have a real budget, real partners, and a real stage in Antalya, Turkey.
If you've built things from scratch before — this is that same spirit, with a community and ecosystem already behind you.
November 21st is a real date in the calendar. Between now and then, the program gets shaped, the team comes together, and people get the chance to plan for it. This is an invitation to start now — with a clear direction and the support to build something worth showing up for.
Define the concept, connect with partners, and build the core team around the EIR.
Open the program to participants, confirm partnerships, and bring the community in.
Two to three weeks post-COP in Antalya — community gathering, climate collaboration, real impact.
You set direction, build a small team, and carry the outcome. Planetir and its ecosystem stand behind you — the relationships, the platform, and the community are yours to draw on. So is the credit for what you build.
Connections to Planetir's network, the Youth Climate Leaders, and people already active at COP level.
An operating budget, the Planetir platform, and a team you can call on when you need it.
A gathering in Antalya where the international climate community converges — the right context to do something that matters.
You're not an employee on this. What you help build, you're genuinely part of — including how any value gets shared back.
A small group of people who each bring something specific — and who are genuinely invested in seeing this succeed.
You want to run something real. You take ownership of the Pop-Up Village and build it — with the support of the Planetir community behind you.
Back the initiative, send delegates, or co-create a component of the COP31 program.
Operations, partnerships, content, logistics — flexible roles with real ownership.
If you've read this far and something about it feels right — reach out. We're looking for the right person, not the loudest application.
